LightSheer Diode Laser Hair Removal Technican Course & Certification

This course is designed for those that wish to be trained and certified on the best laser hair removal system worldwide which remains unsurpassed for both comfort and results with extensive substantiating clinical reports.

Through comprehensive training in theory and clinical application, we shall provide you and your staff with knowledge and practical skills to operate a LightSheer Diode Laser with the necessary accreditation to offer yourself as a Certified LightSheer Laser Technician and for some the ability to start your own business.

Course covers:

Laser (Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation) Theory

• Physiology of the hair follicle  and the hair, understanding the three phases of hair growth.
• Before and after care for laser hair removal
• Clinical procedures and The  dos and the don’ts of Laser Therapy.
• Laser safety procedures
• Written assessment at end of course

Clinical Training

• Extensive hands on experience with the a LightSheer
• Proper handling and maintenance of the LightSheer
• Client assessment via the Fitzpatrick system to ensure safe effective treatments
• Skin preparation of the treatment area.
• Evaluation and recording patient information
• Consulations covering greeting, assessing hair and skin, patient care
• Conditions and environment
• Supplies required / recommended
• Marketing / Business for the Laser Clinic-Medi-spa.
• Final clinical assessment of your application skill at the end of the course.

Certification

Upon successful completion of a written test, a hands on evaluation, and customer care, you will be a CERTIFIED LIGHTSHEER LASER TECHNICIAN and legally be able to provide laser hair removal services with the Gold Standard in laser hair removal.
